J. Alejandro Rosado Jr., CEO of 12:34 MicroTechnologies, Inc., is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with over 25 years of information technology experience. Before starting 12:34 MicroTechnologies in 1998, Alejandro worked for another local consulting firm and began to notice that the information technology needs of small to mid-sized companies was a very underserved market. His goal with 12:34 was to provide large company expertise to small businesses that do not have their own information technology department.

A Lancaster native, Alejandro is a graduate of J. P. McCaskey High School and was recently honored with the 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award. The Central Penn Business Journal has honored Alejandro with being part of the Forty Under 40, Class of 2011. It is awarded to business leaders under the age of 40 for their commitment to business growth, professional excellence and to the community. He is a founding member of Men Go Red, a supporting group for the Go Red for Women movement that drives financial leadership to the American Heart Association.
